PRE-DEVELOPMENT

Project Introduction

SERHANT. Marketing is an internal tool for agents to request custom marketing services. Everything from cinematic property tours and tailored social media posts to custom branded print brochures and event marketing, we want our agents to put their best foot forward, leave a lasting impact, and create for tomorrow.

Project Goals

  • An interface that houses all department services (social, video, photography, design and marketing)

  • This tool will make requesting custom marketing assets easier for the agents

    • Each service has a corresponding form that gets filled out (basic agent info, request details etc)

    • Once the form is complete and sent, an automation on ClickUp (our project management software) notifies the appropriate team, in which we then can track its status until completion
